Imaan Marriage Events
Imaan Marriage Events invites you to its exclusive marriage introduction service being held at the United Muslims' Convention.
This is not simply an introduction service with profiles pinned against the wall. We have programmed into the event two short talks by learned Shaykhs to help you identify what is important, from an Islamic perspective, in finding a spouse. There will also be optional small group workshops headed by the Shaykhs to encourage participants to engage in dialogue and share their views on common issues in marriage. Of course, there will also be the opportunity to have one to one dialogue with persons you identify as being potential suitors in a public place.
The event promises to be the ideal halal setting in which to find you future spouse, so come and join us so we can help you complete half your deen Inshallah.
We will be holding two separate events during the course of the day:
- 12:30 - 15:30 Marriage introduction event for Divorced/widowed and separated muslims
- 16:00 - 19:00 Marriage introduction event for single muslims
Light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
- Tickets cost £20* for one event
- Tickets cost £25* for both events, if payment received by 20th June 2011
- Tickets cost £30* for both events if payment received after 20th June 2011
All proceeds of this event go to our Dawah cause, so not only do you have the opportunity to find your future spouse, but through your contribution, you will be rewarded for doing so, Inshallah.
£5 for a guest - maximum two allowed
*Tickets must be booked and payment received two weeks in advance, i.e. by 18th June 2011 in order to qualify for the discount. After 18th June the ticket price to attend both events will be be £30.
